What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of print-on-demand and limited merchandise drops, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@caitlynptajon.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What is your order change/cancellation policy?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders enter production and cannot be modified.

When will I receive my order?

Most items are made to order through trusted print-on-demand partners.

Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, followed by shipping time depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Please note that during launches, holidays, or special drops, fulfillment times may be slightly extended, potentially up to 4-6 weeks after purchase.

Will my order ship all at once or separate?

If purchasing a pre-order item with in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Books and merchandise will ALWAYS ship separate as they are printed with different companies. However, it is also possible for your books and/or merch to ship separately in the event of large orders.

What does "digitally signed" mean?

Digitally signed books include a printed signature incorporated into the book itself. They are not hand-signed unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Limited signed editions or specialty copies will be clearly labeled.

Personalized book plates are available to purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout; however, the beauty of printing on demand means global printing locations that make shipping costs affordable to all.

Please note that customs fees, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your books available elsewhere?

Yes, my books can be purchased through most major retailers websites.

However, special editions, exclusive drops, and certain covers are only available directly through this store.

Due to my branding of "His & Hers Editions", only one edition will be available for retailers. The rest are website exclusives.

My package says delivered, but I don't see it. What should I do?

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first. Your local PO will have documentation to support delivery details. However, please note that it is becoming increasingly more common for packages to be marked delivered up to 2 days before it is actually delivered.
