All wholesale products offered through House of XO Publishing are fulfilled through print-on-demand partners. Because of this, turnaround times may vary depending on printer location, production volume, material availability, supplier demand, and seasonal capacity.
Wholesale orders are not packed or shipped directly by the author, and fulfillment timelines are not guaranteed. New releases, specialty editions, and certain products may require additional processing time. In some cases, orders may take 4 to 6 additional weeks or longer depending on production conditions.
By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge and accept the variable nature of print-on-demand fulfillment.
