Print-on-Demand Books

Books are printed on demand specifically for each order and fulfilled by our print partner.

  • Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days

  • Production and shipping times may vary based on volume and location

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

Because books are printed on demand, fulfillment timelines may be longer during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.


Merchandise (Non–Print-on-Demand Items)

Merchandise items are fulfilled separately and may require additional processing time.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing prior to shipment unless otherwise noted on the product page

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be provided

Processing times may vary during sales events, product launches, or holidays.


Combined Orders

If your order includes both print-on-demand books and merchandise, items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers or postal services

  • weather events

  • customs processing

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • original shipping fees are non-refundable


Lost or Marked-Delivered Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost:

  • please contact the carrier directly

  • reach out to us if you need assistance locating tracking details
