Refund policy

Print-on-Demand Books

All books are printed on demand specifically for each order. Because of this, all book sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for books due to buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, or preference changes.

Damaged or Defective Books
If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.


Merchandise (Non-Print-on-Demand Items)

We do not offer exchanges on merchandise. We accept returns on eligible merchandise items under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If you would like a different item or size, a new order must be placed.

Non-Returnable Merchandise Includes:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Limited-edition drops

  • Items marked “final sale”

  • Paper merchandise, including:
    • Graphic art prints
    • Bookmarks
    • Stickers
    • Overlays
    • And any similar merchandise

Non-Refundable Items

  • Signed books

  • Personalized items

  • Limited-edition products

  • Gift cards


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • carrier delays

  • incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
